4-Year Nukadoko (Rice Bran Pickling Bed)/4年物のぬか床

Just wanted to say that my nukadoko is now four years old. I have recently taken it out of the freezer to thaw. My nukazuke season has begun again this year.
私のぬか床は4年目を迎えました。最近、冷凍庫から出し、解凍しました。今年もぬか漬けの季節が始まりました。

  5. Thank you for the advice, Hiroyukisan. I actually did it last time and I think that I was much more careless since it was premade... and it spoilt very quickly. The worst thing however is that I kept forgetting to take care of it, so it was spoilt.
