Tempura/天ぷら







I wish I had more time, but unfortunately, I'm very busy with other matters. For now, I just post some photos of the tempura I made the other day.
もっと時間があるといいのですが、残念ながら、他のことで忙しいので、いまは、先日作った天ぷらの写真を載せます。
I think I'll add some text when I have enough time.
時間がある時に、文章を書きたいと思います。

  1. I've never tried tempura, if you can believe it! You make it seem so easy. I'm intimidated by disposing of the oil after I'm finished.

  2. You will think it easy once you get a hang of it! Maybe it's a good idea to learn how to make tempura from an obachan or obaachan type of woman rather than professional tempura chefs.
    As for oil, I rarely dispose of it because I reuse it for other tempura'ing and cooking purposes.
