I made enoki tempura for supper last night, together with sweet potato tempura, myouga tempura, and carrot-onion-small shrimp kakiage. The sweet potato tempura and the kakiage turned out very good, just as usual, but the enoki tempura and the myouga tempura turned out rather oily and were not as tasty as I had expected.
Anyway, I reheated some of the leftover tempura for lunch today.
昨日の夕飯にはエノキ天ぷらを始め、サツマイモの天ぷら、茗荷の天ぷら、にんじん、たまねぎ、小エビのかき揚げを作りました。サツマイモの天ぷらとかき揚げはいつも通りよくできたのですが、エノキと茗荷の天ぷらは脂っこくなり、思ったより美味しくなかったです。
今日の昼食には残りに天ぷらを温めて食べました。
