I have already talked about shin jaga (new potatoes) here, so I will be brief.
At around noon yesterday, I went to my rented field just to see how the potatoes and the sweet potatoes were growing. When it comes to vegetable growing, I'm one of the laziest, vising my field only once a week, and I can leave it unattended for almost two weeks when I'm busy with work.
I was surprised to see that some potatoes were visible. Some leaves were turning yellow. It was obvious that I had to harvest the potatoes.

ReplyDeleteYou are blessed to live in the middle of a farm and collect the vegetables right from the spot. Fresh and green.
