On February 18, the 28th Shiozawa Seppu Matsuri was held in and around the Fureai Hiroba near Suzuki Bokushi Memorial Hall in the Shiozawa area of Minami Uonuma city.
2月18日、第28回しおざわ雪譜まつりが、南魚沼市の塩沢地域の鈴木牧之記念館近くのふれあい広場周辺で行われました。
I went to the festival twice, first around 3 o'clock. Bokushi Dori (Street):

I went there again around 6 o'clock. Unfortunately, my camera battery ran down, so I was unable to take any photos.
また6時ごろ行きました。残念なことにデジカメのバッテリが切れ、写真を一枚も撮れませんでした。
At 18:45, mochi maki (lit. rice cake scattering) for children was held in the Fureai Hiroba. With so many children, my daughter got only two.
18:45に子どもの餅まきがふれあい広場で行われました。子どもがたくさんいて、娘は二個しか取れませんでした。
