OMG, Hiroyuki, I am drooling! Uni and mentaiko are my favorite things in the whole world. Especially mentaiko. I love it! I eat it plain with rice, and I also like it in spaghetti.Those look SO good. The uni looks so plump and sweet. :)
P.S. That must have been an expensive package, huh? :)
