MR. BRAIN NOU TORE PAN (MR. BRAIN BRAIN TRAINING BREAD), which is a bun that contains whipped cream and salted caramel-chocolate cream with DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
MR. BRAIN脳トレパンです。ホイップクリームとDHA入り塩キャラメルチョコクリームが入っている菓子パンです。
Not bad for a regular price of 128 yen (I bought it for 120 yen).
定価128円としては悪くないです（私は120円で買いました）。
So, what's so special about this bun? Well, it's a collaboration between Yamazaki, Japan's leading bread manufacturer, and Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS), which currently airs the drama, "MR. BRAIN".
この菓子パンのどこがすごいのかと言うと、このパンは山崎と、現在「MR. BRAIN」というドラマを放送しているTBSとのコラボレーションなんです。

Wow, that bread looks good! The cream looks so dense and rich.
We have a Yamazaki bakery here in Los Angeles (Little Tokyo). I wonder if it's the same company.
pink: I later learned that the bun is made with bread dough topped with cream puff dough to resemble a brain. Does it look like a brain? The sugar (maybe too much of it) and the DHA in the bun should be good for the brain.
