Nozawana/野沢菜

Yesterday, my wife got some nozawana from her father. For a brief description of nozawana, go to this entry in Wikipedia. She used it to make miso soup together with aburaage (fried bean curd), as well as a simmered dish together with canned mackerel.
昨日、妻が実の父から野沢菜をもらいました。野沢菜の簡単な説明は、Wikipediaのこの項目にあります。油揚げと一緒に味噌汁を作るのに、またサバ缶と一緒に煮物を作るのに使いました。

Pickled nozawana is loved by many people, including myself.
