Dried Enoki Mushrooms/干しエノキタケ

Yesterday, before we went mushroom gathering, I did what I had wanted to do for a long time: Drying enoki mushrooms.
昨日、キノコ狩りに行く前に、ずっとやりたかったことをしました：エノキタケを干すことです。
The Feb. 5, 2006 edition of Me Ga Ten, a famous TV show aired every Sunday, featured enoki mushrooms, in which they dried fresh enoki mushrooms. They said that dried enoki mushrooms tasted like dried squid.
目がテンという有名な番組（日曜日放映）の2006年２月５日分はエノキタケ特集で、その中で、生のエノキタケを干していました。干しエノキタケはスルメのような味がするそうです。
Last night, I had some of them as an appetizer. I didn't think they tasted like dried squid, but I thought they were tasty in their own way.
昨晩は、つまみに少し食べました。スルメのような味がするとは思いませんでしたが、エノキはエノキなりに美味しいと思いました。
I put the rest of the dried enoki in the freezer.
残りの干しえのきは冷凍庫に入れました。
