Time to Think/考える時間

Sometimes, all you need is a cup of hot coffee, some nice sweets, and some time to think.
時々必要なのは暖かいコーヒーと美味しいお菓子と考える時間。
In Japan, there are things called "rare cheese cakes". In this case, "rare" means "unbaked". This type of cheese cake is a favorite of mine.
日本ではレアチーズケーキというものがあります。この場合、「レア」とは「焼いていない」という意味です。このタイプのチーズケーキが私のお気に入りです。
