Enoki Gratin/エノキのグラタン

I got another bag of these overgrown enoki mushrooms from the lady who runs an enoki factory, and I thought of making takikomi gohan again first, but I changed my mind and decided to make gratin instead.

Gratin in the toaster oven:

I seasoned the gratin with instant dashi and and soy sauce, beside salt, to make it taste like Japanese.
Just like gyoza, we had the gratin as an okazu (accompaniment to rice).

I am so jealous of your enoki! The ones we get here are so small.

pink: Don't be so jealous! The enoki are overgrown so large that they are unsellable (but I like them!).
