Shio (Salt) Yakisoba/塩焼きそば

I decided to make shio yakisoba for supper tonight. I searched for a good recipe on the Internet, but none of the recipes I found hit me right. So, I decided to simply add one teaspoonful of salt as a seasoning. The resulting yakisoba was so bland that we had to pour some 3x concentrate men tsuyu (noodle soup), but anyway, the yakisoba was good enough.
I put a lot of beni shoga (red pickled ginger) as usual.
