Roasting Soybeans in a Toaster Oven, Part II/大豆をオーブントースターで煎る、パートII

I searched for proper ways to roast soybeans, and found some. Referring to those ways, I soaked some soybeans in hot water for 2 hours and left them to drain for 1 hour. And, as usual, I used the toaster oven to roast them.

10 minutes later in the 1000-W toaster oven.

15 minutes later.

Then I stopped roasting although most soybeans were still moist. Tender and tasty, and similar to store-bought stuff.

Thanks, Kiki!
