4-Year Nukadoko (Rice Bran Pickling Bed)/4年物のぬか床

Just wanted to say that my nukadoko is now four years old. I have recently taken it out of the freezer to thaw. My nukazuke season has begun again this year.

Congratulations! This is really impressive! The two or three attempts of my nukadoko ended quite quickly. I have no patience or discipline...

Sissi: Thank you!

Why not consider getting some pre-made nukadoko then?

Twilight Man: Thanks for your comment.

I'm a coffee and green-tea lover. Now that I have two commercial grade coffee grinders, I will have a lot to talk about coffee brewing in the future.

Thank you for the advice, Hiroyukisan. I actually did it last time and I think that I was much more careless since it was premade... and it spoilt very quickly. The worst thing however is that I kept forgetting to take care of it, so it was spoilt.
