Donaldson Trout Collars/トラウトサーモンのカマ

I'm not really quite sure whether this is true or not, but I have learned by googling that "trout salmon" is Japanized English and the proper name in English is Donaldson trout.
Anyway, my father likes Donaldson trout collars very much.
本当かどうかはっきり分かりませんが、ググると、「トラウトサーモン」とは和製英語で、正しくは英語ではDonaldson troutというそうです。

I usually simply salt add 1% (not 2 to 3 %) salt to the bag containing the collars, leave them for hours, and grill them in the toaster oven for 10 minutes or so.

Much fattier than buri (adult yellowtail) and maguro (tuna) collars, and taste very good!
