Kinpira Gobo/きんぴらごぼう

How can you make kinpira gobo within 10 minutes? Using a precut version like this.
どうすれば10分以内できんぴらごぼうができるでしょうか?このような切ってあるタイプを使えばできます。
Cleaning and cutting this amount of gobo and carrot could take half an hour!
これだけの量のごぼうや人参(にんじん)をきれいにして、カットするには30分かかるかも。

Put some oil in a frying pan, add the contents of the bag.
Add a generous amount of white sesame seeds and some precut red pepper.
油をフライパンに敷き、袋の中身を入れます。
白ごまをたっぷり入れ、切ってある赤唐辛子を少し入れます。

Add some soy sauce and mirin for seasoning.
味付けには、しょう油とみりんを少し入れます。
I put the rest in a Tupperware container.
残りはタッパー容器に入れました。
The main dish was leftover soba. We have lots of lots of naga negi in the kitchen.
メインディッシュは、そばの残りです。台所には長ネギがたくさんあります。
I bought a pack of taranome (a type of sansai) tempura.
タラの芽の天ぷらを1パック買いました。
 The pack contained a packet of matcha jio (< shio = salt).
パックには、抹茶塩が入っていました。

It was very good!
とても美味しかったです!

Vegetarian dish that is good for digestion and gives you the vitamins etc. Good preparation.

seeandoh: Yes, gobo is abundant in dietary fiber!

Sorry, I have commented this below another post.... I wanted to say I'm grateful for this tip of matcha salt use because I've never used the package bought last year in Japan. Had no idea what to do with it... and forgot I had it.
I hope it's not completely tasteless now!

Sissi: Matcha salt is great, but I prefer soaking tempura into the tempura sauce to remove some of the oil!
